ECS came late to this project as the client asked the company to iron out problems with the original project- it was running so far behind schedule that the tenant was threatening to pull out of the lease agreement if the power was not connected. ECS carried out an overview of the existing proposal- and identified immediately that it had been over specified. The ECS proposal not only saved £28k by changing the specification, but the amended plans also saved over £20k on civil works.  After negotiation, a new design was put into place, and the project was delivered to completion in under 6 weeks.
