Smart Meter Roll out
ECS are experienced in managing nationwide SMART Meter rollout programs, from groups down to individual customer sites. ECS can handle the whole process from feasibility, schedule of installation, ensuring closing and opening reads are obtained, through to successful install.
We can help you to manage the installation schedule for the roll out, based on meter types and customer requirements such as out of hours’ appointments or power down requirements. ECS can handle Meter Operator and Site contacts to agree appointments as well as managing failed/aborted visits, whether due to site access issues, engineers no show or installation issues.
