Worcester based utility specialists Energy Connection Services (ECS), are delighted to welcome YO! Sushi to Worcester after many years working with the popular restaurant chain across the UK.

Having supported YO! Sushi’s roll out program, ECS are well-versed in the sushi chain’s utility requirements. YO! Sushi now operate over 70 outlets in the UK and will see their Worcester restaurant open later this month. The Worcester fit out is the latest in a long line of restaurants to have benefited from the personal approach ECS apply to their clients’ utility projects.

Jon Parry – YO! Sushi’s Property Manager – retains ECS to deliver the utilities for all their new restaurant fit-outs as they continue their UK expansion. After delivering many successful restaurant openings, Jon has confidence in ECS to handle all their utility requirements – knowing that they are in safe hands.

As soon as a new location is acquired by the chain, ECS begin work (even before occupancy), to establish the site’s existing utility infrastructure, supply status and local capacity availability. This leaves Jon free to focus on other areas of the fit-out project, knowing that ECS will manage the utilities side of the project to time and within budget.

By working in close partnership over many years, ECS ensure that Jon’s timescales and targets are met, so when a new YO! Sushi opens its doors – there are no delays, the lights are on and all systems are go.

This ongoing relationship is a great example of the work ECS do with an increasing number of retail and restaurant chains. The ECS project team use their knowledge and expertise to guide clients through the minefield of industry red tape and processes that prove to be so time-consuming and difficult to navigate for those outside of the industry.
