Choose the delivery option to suit your project’s requirements
The ideal starting point for any project, is to verify the location and capacity of the existing utilities. This will enable you to accurately cost, plan and implement the required works. It is not unusual for what is physically present on site to contradict the industry held data.
ECS are qualified to carry out site surveys where we will:
- Document the pre-existing utilities infrastructure
- Highlight any issues, to avoid potential pitfalls during the installation
- Identify any cost saving opportunities for your project

Moving into new or refurbished premises
- Meter and supply present – Change of Tenancy required
- Supply present with no meter – Change of Tenancy and meter installation required
- No supply or meter present – New service provision and meter installation required
- Supply and meter present – Change of Tenancy, verify capacity available, meter removal, new service provision and meter installation required
Option 1 – De-energisation of supply and meter (only) removal
Option 2 – Full and final disconnection of incoming supply connection and removal of metering (supply gone forever)
Option 3 – Full and final disconnection of incoming supply connection (only)
