Site Survey

The ideal starting point for any project, is to verify the location and capacity of the existing utilities. This will enable you to accurately cost, plan and implement the required works. It is not unusual for what is physically present on site to contradict the industry held data.

ECS are qualified to carry out site surveys where we will:

  • Document the pre-existing utilities infrastructure
  • Highlight any issues, to avoid potential pitfalls during the installation
  • Identify any cost saving opportunities for your project

ECS are experienced, utility specialists who are retained by a number of restaurant and retail groups to manage the utility requirements for their roll-out programs. Our clients include HobbyCraft, Matalan, YO! Sushi, Ask Restaurants and Burger King.
